Privacy Policy

1. Introduction. This Privacy Policy describes how Blast Creative Agency and its associated brands (collectively, the “Agency”) collect, use, and share information. This policy applies to all clients (“Client”) and users of the Agency’s services, including marketing, managed IT, and communication services. By engaging the Agency, you acknowledge the practices described herein. 

2. Information Collection. The Agency collects information necessary to provide managed services and fulfill contractual obligations.

  • Client Identification. This includes names, business names, email addresses, and physical addresses.
  • Communication Data. For managed PBX and SIP services, the Agency collects physical addresses required for E911 registration.
  • Technical Information. The Agency may collect IP addresses, website data, and server logs associated with managed Hosting and Website Software.
  • Billing Information. Payment data is collected and processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Your financial information is handled according to the Stripe Privacy Policy.

3. Use of Information. The Agency uses collected information for the following purposes.

  • Service Delivery. To activate and maintain managed accounts, including Website Software, email, and PBX systems.
  • Billing and Administration. To process recurring subscriptions and one-time payments.
  • Compliance. To meet legal requirements for emergency services, such as E911 address verification.
  • Technical Support. To troubleshoot issues and manage DNS settings on behalf of the Client.
  • Communications and Marketing. The Agency communicates with Clients via Email, Phone calls, and SMS for support, account management, and promotional updates.
  • Opt-Out Rights. You may opt out of receiving promotional or marketing communications at any time by following the instructions in those messages (e.g., clicking “unsubscribe” or replying “STOP”).
  • Mandatory Notifications. You acknowledge that you cannot opt out of receiving critical, non-promotional communications necessary for the administration of your account. These include, but are not limited to:
    • Invoices and billing receipts.
    • Account security alerts and password reset requests.
    • Service-related updates or maintenance notices.
    • Legal or regulatory disclosures (such as E911 address verification).

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure. The Agency does not sell, rent, or lease Client data to third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Service Fulfillment. Data is shared with third-party providers, including Hosting companies, SIP carriers, and our payment processor, Stripe, as required to provide services and process payments. Use of payment services is subject to the Stripe Services Agreement and Stripe Privacy Policy.
  • Legal Requirements. The Agency may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety and rights of the Agency or the public.
  • Regulatory Compliance. Information may be shared with telecommunications carriers to comply with industry regulations.

5. Data Security and Retention. The Agency employs industry-standard best practices to protect Client data.

  • Confidentiality. Both the Agency and Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information.
  • Retention. Client data, including website files and email archives, may be deleted 30 days after the final service date or termination for non-payment.
  • Backups. While the Agency may perform backups for maintenance, the Client remains responsible for maintaining independent copies of all data.

6. E911 and Communication Services. Specific privacy considerations apply to managed voice services.

  • Registered Location. Emergency calls are routed based on the physical address provided by the Client.
  • Caller ID. For E911 to function, the Caller ID must match the registered DID associated with a verified address.
